No Bulk End Weaving

To keep from bulking up stitches when you weave in ends ~ or to prevent your ends from "popping up" through your work ~ split the plies of the yarn at least into 2 strands and weave them back and forth separately (for a few inches each way) through different stitches.

Excellent! Yarn ends - and how to deal with them, effectively - are the bane of my life.

Best to you, Sophia

This really works. Thanks for the tip. I've made 18 afghans in the last 9 months to send to our daughter who is stationed in Kuwait. Little warm right now, but in a few months I can start sending them over. She has several young ladies working under her that the afghans are for. Just a little something soft and warm and from home for these brave girls.
