Front Post Stitches
TIP FROM NANA: With a Front Post (FP) stitch, if the stitch you are going to make the FP around calls for a dc, I like to make the FP a treble. By doing this the FP doesn’t cause the stitch to ‘shrink’. It also makes the stitch stand up higher so that you can see it better in the pattern.

mad for crochet!
Thanks for the tip, Nana! What an absolutely beautiful square!
Thank you for the compliment on my square. It is my design.

Gorgeous square! And thanks so much for sharing this tip..you are soooo right about the "shrinking"! Your way will really make working FP (and BP?) much better!
Thanks! You'll be amazed when you try it the first time.

What a great suggestion! I made a sweater for a grandson last year with lots of fpdcs. Too bad I didn't have this suggestion then. Sounds like a very good way to keep them even.
Thanks!
I can't seem to be able to e mail for the Pineapple and Leaves pattern. Could you send it to me? Thanks....
I am having problems with contacting you as well with the e-mail? I love this pattern and wonder if you would mind sharing it with me? I thank you for the tip too! If I crocheted and posted this on my website I would surely give you the credit for the pattern. I have a disability which is arthritis in my hands and knees and I crochet to help me with some income although I am not selling very much right now? I don;t understand since don't even charge as much as many people do on Etsy? I sell locally in sales for charity and fund raisers without any problem because people can see the product. I think my pictures might be the problem? How did you take such a great picture of your square? Do you use a real expensive camera and do you edit it with a program or something? Some people use light boxes too? Well if you can share this pattern with me I would appreciate it so much but if not I will understand. Again thank you for the tip!!
Happy hooking :-)

What a beautiful and intricate pattern! The details are just exquisite, and I love the contrast of yellow and white. I would like to try my hand at a square like this. casino en ligne gratuit
