adding beads with only thread/yarn

adding beads with only thread/yarn

For adding beads, any size, into thread/yarn, use nail enamel, to get the end hard enough to add beads. You must soak wet the tip first, with your fingers (with/without gloves), work a point, then add more enamel, wait a minute, and you can add any size of beads to your thread/yarn.

mad for crochet! Very cool! I have tried elmer's glue, but this sounds like it might work better. Thanks for sharing!

Ohhh!! Thank you for the great tip!! I have some beass I'd like to add to my yarn, but I was wondering how I was going to string them. This will certainly be helpful. I'll let you know how I do!!

That is an AWESOME idea!! I can never find the right needle to weave in ends & your tip will work perfectly for threading needles, too! Thank you for the "Ta-DAH" moment!! Lauri
