noro kureyon
"X" hat

Introduction
I really enjoy making beanies, and for this one I wanted to use a textured stitch that would really work wwell with variations of the yarn. After a good bit of trial and error, I decided to use a simple "X" stitch in the body of the hat and post double crochets for the brim. The "X" stitch is only used twice, but it can be used more times to lengthen the size of the beanie so that you end up with a full cap. the same is true with the post stitches.
Since the yarn is 100% wool,it's perfect for those cool Autumn days, and the colors make it unisex, which has been a problem already in my house,as my Mom keeps wanting to borrow my beanie! I guess I need to make another one!
