I am new to the forums here and the website. I am also relatively new to crocheting.

It all started because I saw these cute little crocheted flowers and I thought, 'I could do that...'. Mother #in#law sat down and taught me how to do the basics and I bought a great book 'The Happy Hooker' and I am starting to get there.

I have crocheted a lovely scarf for a friends birthday and am in the middle of making my little angel a blanket, which I have to sayis taking longer and using more wool than I had imagined!!!

And yes, I have made a start on the flowers, just the one mind!!
