I'm looking for the author of the Java Jackets: http://www.crochetme.com/print/115 [1] to ask for permission to sell the finished products.

I was wondering how I could contact pattern writers for permission to sell items made from patterns on crochetme OR, does anyone know the policy of selling the items made from the patterns. I will be not be selling or even giving the pattern out, only selling the finished cozies. I could put a note on the tags directing the buyers to crochetme or the specific pattern, or something of the likes. Also, this is not a definitely thing yet (selling crocheted items in a shop), but something I am thinking about getting into with another crocheter, and figured I should ask before deciding if any of these patterns could be used for some of my items for sale.
