So, I'm preparing to attempt to design a garment for the first time... It's going to be a shrug, and I've figured out how determine how big it should be made based on bust and shoulder measurements. However, I'd like to provide instructions for three different sizes: Small, medium, and large. Does anyone know what the typical bust and shoulder measurements for those sizes are? Any general guidelines would be quite helpful. Thanks!
