Hello everybody!

I'm so glad to see the site has come out of its deep sleep and I'm eager to see what all is new here.

Congratulations to Kim Werker, our hostess, on her new job, editor of "Interweave Crochet".

Me - I've been crocheting and knitting more off than on for, well, a very long time. I'm retired with more time on my hands, so I picked it up again.

Recent FO's in crochet
- Chanson En Crochet, I even love the name, but I forgot to wear it this summer. :(
- A deep cr. lace edging on a machine knit shawl. It needs frogging to improve & enlarge the shawl, but I liked the effect.
- A very cute tea cozy, pattern from a blogger in New Zealand (or Oz?). It's also effective and keeps my tea warm.

Now, off to explore the site, looking for more changes.
