I created a default avatar that will show up for users who haven't uploaded one for themselves. I put the path in the settings page (http://beta.crochetme.com/admin/user/settings [1]) but it's not showing up. My assumption is that it would show up both on a user's profile page, and also wherever users are listed (like in the "new users" block).

Any ideas?
