Introduction

these are awesome. my grandma has a store and i was able to sell these little buggers. they made soo much money. this is really good for people who like things fast. they only take around 3 minutes. please comment. it would really make my day.
this picture is an unfinished one just to give you an idea.

Materials List

the small craft yarn. thin.
a size 7 needle.
glass seed beads (optional)
embroidery floss(optional)

Finished Size

about 1 cm by 8 cm

Gauge

3 sc= 1cm

Notes

The Pattern

here we go!!
(make sure you read the whole thing. if anything is confusing comment it and ill try to explain better.)

1 ch 4

2 sc in 2nd ch from hook

3 1sc in each ch

*ch 1 turn

4 sc in each sc

5-45 repeat from *

bind.

FINISHING:

ok so from the beginning you ch 3. so on the 2nd ch slst. now ch about 20. bind. then do that on the opposite side.

Pretty easy eh?

ok soo lets jazz it up a bit!!

ways:

use different color yarn

add some beads. what ever way you want in every other row or up and down. possibilities? endless!

add some embroidery floss whether you braid it for the "Tails" or crochet it in. anything. im telling you possibilities are ENDLESS!!

This is fabulous!! I'm a homeschool mom of two boys, and have been trying to learn how to crochet again. So far I've only done a cell phone bag :) and I don't know how to read crochet "shorthand" at all, but got myself a book and hope to rekindle my love of crocheting (I learned when I was about 8, I think...) You inspire me!!

fantastic, when I get more yarn Im gonna use this.. TYY I used to see kids wear these to school all the time when Iwas younger ....... awsome I had no idear I was paying those kids like 2.00 a peice for a 3 min project rofl
