Adding Patterns
Hmm, am I really the first to post to this forum? Okay, here goes!
First, if I'm adding a pattern to the new CrochetMe that I already have posted for free on my own site, would you prefer I post the entire pattern on CrochetMe or just a link to the pattern on my site? I was going to post the whole pattern, but then I thought that would start to take up a lot of space on CrochetMe, so right now it just has a link. But if you'd prefer the whole pattern, it's not a big deal for me to change it.
Second, what is this Free Tagged field about? What do I type in that box?

This whole site was developed with the assumption that patterns would be entered here -- we're ready for tons of 'em! So we certainly encourage you to enter your patterns directly into the site.
Any member of the site can "tag" the content by entering keywords they think describe the content. So, for example, for a scarf pattern, tags might include: scarf, accessory, warm, DKyarn, quick...
The "free tags" allow the entire Crochet Me community to help to organize the site to allow members and visitors to find patterns and tips. Make sense? (I'm a little tired :)
