"main photo" error when editing "old" pattern
As per our recent conversation, I just went and associated an "old" pattern with a current user (who designed it). After changing the authoring info and hitting submit, i got an error that "main photo is required" -- I have it set that new patterns must have an image uploaded with them (don't want patterns if people can't see what they look like).
Furthermore, it doesn't look like changing the authoring information worked (it still says Spanky submitted it, not the designer).

Yes. If the main image is required, then it's required.... on an individual basis you'll need to download and then upload the main image for each of the patterns that you need to change authorship on. The designer information won't be saved if you're missing a required field. Another way around this is to temporarily remove the requirement for the main image upload, change the authorship, and then re-instate it. You could also email me a list of node ID + new user ID and I can change it manually in the database.
