I have started working on Interweave Crochet's Blue Ridge Cardigan and I'm stuck. The pattern instructions are: at the same time work the short row seed st at the beg and end on next and every 3rd row... Where do I work this "short row"?
If I work in the end 5 stitches it heightens the row.

Please Help.
