My friend Jenni and I used to share a house. She makes wonderful crochet hats and in our tv watching time on cold, dark winter nights, she taught me how. Even though I didn't stick with hats, she inspired me to pick up the hobby that my grandma started teaching me when I was 12.

I eventually moved out to make room for Dan and now they are Mr. & Mrs! I made this afghan as a wedding gift in their favorite colors to keep them warm on these cold winter nights.
