I have been looking for a crochet pineapple, 1 piece rectangular tablecloth pattern. When I say one piece I mean not squares. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it....thanks so much.
Don't worry, I've been on the case for you! I have been searching around for this unique pattern and will continue to. I will show you what I found as soon as I receive word from some crochet friends. I am sure they'll know of one.

I was examining the tablecloth instructions I sent you and it appears to me that the center can be left out easily. I would have to show you how, let me know if you would want to tackle this job together. I would love to!
I also remembered a crocheted pineapple tank that was featured in a crochet magazine called Crochet Today. It was in their Jan/Feb 08 issue, page 34. I personally don't care for the actual tank design (way too revealing!) but the pineapple repeat pattern is done in rows, unlike the tablecloth pattern I sent you yesterday. Since you are aiming for a rectangle tablecloth, rows would help with the shape you have in mind.
I have the issue, yes, but I wouldn't want to just hand you over the pattern because it is copyrighted. I will, however, use their pineapple pattern stitch as inspiration for this tablecloth.
