It's Christmas gift hunting time and I am always looking for ways to be frugal. Boy, did I hit on a great deal. I was at CVS last Sunday and they had plain colored, 50x60 fleece throws for 7.99. So I bought one and planned on crocheting edging on it. I loved the way that it was turning out so I had decided to go back and buy one more.

I was really surprised when I found the fleeces had been marked down from 7.99 to $2.50. I bought 6 more. I happened to still have the receipt from my Sunday shopping still in my purse. I went to the manager and showed him what I had and the price difference. He refunded me the difference.

Buying the Red Heart Super Saver skiens for $2.00 is a nice way to tie it all up for a really great gift for under $10.00 to make. Just thought I'd let it you all know.
