Tunisian Questions

Okay, I don't have a Tunisian needle, and I've never really done any, but I saw it in a book and I tried it. So basically, here are my questions.

1. Do you yarn over and pull through 2 loops all the way across?
2. How do you go on to the next row?

Pictures would be helpful, if you could manage it. Thanks! (I need to know tunisian eventually for a tank top I'm making)
