Love those waves. Very smooth.

I like your dying experiments. Is the gray yarn really gray or is it greener?
Until now, I hadn't realized the stitch pattern is a ringer for the classic knitted lace pattern Old Shale, aka Feather and Fan. I'm currently knitting a shawl in a variation of that pattern, and it's taking forever. Hmm...

Raquel,
You've probably discovered that My Picot is back up.
I sure am having fun with the dyeing. The gray is really kind of multicolored with brown and green tones mixing in. That is interesting about the knitting pattern. I like the way this looks. I'd love to see your shawl. hint hint!
mad for crochet!

I have a prayer shawl with the fan & feather print that is simular to this pattern. I love how you used this pattern for a scarf. It would also look lovely in blue. Great job!!! Can't wait to see what else you are creating...
Otherwise known as Ms. Busy Fingers.
In my free time this winter I experimented a lot with dyeing yarn with natural stuff like oak bark and pine needles. The colors from nature are so alive! I've been crocheting for several years now - took to it with a vengeance! When I am not hookin, I take care of the rich people's gardens out here on this rock in the sea.

That is really going to be beautiful. It looks very soft. Keep up the good work. I would love to see it when you are done.
