More froufrou rage

I've been working on Happy Hooker Frou-Frou forEVER. I already had to deal with one mistake in the pattern (which was not listed in the errata portion of the site, BTW) and now it looks like I have stumbled on another.

The pattern reads "Mark the center ch-1 space." This should be fine except for the fact that there are 82 ch-1 spaces (and I have done about 30 rows like this -- too many to undo!!) What is the center ch-1 space when there are 82?

Please help if you can!

I guess pick either ch-1 space 41 or 42 and remember, anger leads to the dark side. It is YOUR work and the pattern is a guide. Look at your piece as a whole and try to figure out what the next step is. May the force be with you. Oh, also contact Violetstone,another Crochet Me member. I see she has made a frou frou, and it looks lovely.
