Hi all you happy hookers! I am dudleyspinner aka Deb. I have been doing crochet for longer than I should admit. I love crochet because I have all these great hooks that make the hooking so nice. I love handmade hooks they feel so nice. I also spin my own yarn and often knit and crochet in a piece. I like the effects that both needle work methods can introduce.

hi Deb- do you make the hooks yourself? or do you have a super secret source for special hooks? I'm thinking of buying some pretty ones for myself. MKZ

I have two hooks from this source, an owl and a frog, I love the way they feel, but not that the hook is dark if I am working with dark wool ya know.
The others are some a man from OK had at a music festival every year. I always got at least one of his wooden hooks and love those. The huge collection of aluminum hooks are good for travel so I don't loose my special hooks.
