Hi there
Am new to crochet and new to the site.
Have been learning to crochet since the end of last summer, and am self taught from a book I borrowed from the library.
I have become pretty proficient at the standard scarf, and am just starting to get a bit more adventurous.
Having made a couple of huge 'grannie squares' I seem to have an issue with getting them to lie flat - mine have strange peaks in the middle - even after blocking.
Will post a question on the hints and tips bit when I have a better hang of the site
