Hello From Kansas
Hi everyone. My name is Vicki and I'm from southcentral Kansas. I'm a crocheting and loom knitting newbie. My dh and I have been married 26+ years and we have 10 kids. The oldest two live away-one is married. Oh yeah, we homeschool the urchins..I almost forgot! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

I've made a lot of hats since January when I got my knifty knitter set. Those are a cinch, and I love making infant and premie hats since they work up so fast. What I want to to next is learn to purl and do other stitches so I can make flat panels. I also would love to try mittens and socks. I have a little dishcloth rake that I need to figure out too...One neat thing about the looms, my kids have picked them up and quickly caught onto using them too. Now I need a second set so mine is available....and I need a watchdog over my meager yarn stash! Oh well, a mom could have worse problems ;0)
