Hello from Arizona
Hi, everybody.
I'm new to Crochet Me, and I'm having a wonderful time exploring. I've been crocheting for a long time (seems like forever!) and made lots of stuff (well, what got finished, anyway) from someone else's patterns, that always seems to get given away. Maybe one of these days (years?) I'll get around to making something just for ME! Got to reduct that stash somehow ...
No, the weather here in Phoenix decidedly does NOT make it impossible to crochet - I just turn the A/C up higher! Can't wait on the outside temperature, after all. Here it is, November already, and my thermometer is currently (this minute!) registering a balmy 82. Doesn't that just make you sick? Mad, even? I know I used to hate people telling me how marvelous it was where they were, while I was literally up to my armpits in snow. Well, don't feel too badly, because when you're dealing with the low 90s, it'll be back in the mid 110s here - when I don't dare go outside (I stay inside and crochet - with the air turned way up!).

Glad to see you. The more posters here, the merrier.
82 is not balmy, it's hot! Mid-70's is as much as I like to go, but it's mid-40's at the moment and chilly. I need to finish more warm things.
Hi Brenda,
Glad you joined! Actually, I like the change of seasons here in CT. Don't see much difference between staying inside in the A/C or the furnace, and we get to wear gorgeous handmade sweaters!
Until March, and then we're desperate for Spring!
Anyway, hope to chat with you more on CrochetMe.
