Header error on Log in Page

If the bug is cosmetic (related to how a page or section looks):

* Which operating system you use (Windows, Mac, Linux) Mac OS 10.4.10
* Which browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) Firefox 2.0.0.4
When I go to the http://crochetme.com/user page to login, the
following header appears above the login section and below the log in section:

warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/emmajane/beta.crochetme.com/includes/bootstrap.inc:589) in /home/emmajane/beta.crochetme.com/includes/common.inc on line 141.

This is a recurring problem, but it doesn't affect the workings of the site. We're trying to figure out how to solve the error. For now, please ignore it.
