I am looking for flecked black yarn or black tweed yarn for a project... has anyone come across either of these colors?

What fiber type are you looking for? What thickness?

There's a charcoal tweed from Shetland Chunky by Patons. Once upon a time there was a black tweed from Red Heart. There's a Plymouth Tweed that is charcoal or black.

Just try a search for tweed on yarn.com. There are a bunch of options there.
