Any on in/near NYC and going to the Smileys Yarns Sale?

I was wondering if there's any one in the NYC area who might be hitting up the Smiley's Manhattan sale this week

There;s supposed to be super deep discounts on (mostly) discontinued yarn... I know I'm starting late, but going for holiday presents (For some reason my friends want the really big floppy ear flap hats. That come to a point. With giant pompoms added on top. I'm not going to ask).

Has any one gone before or planning to go this year?

I have gone almost every year for the past, like 8 years. It is really fun; I bring my friends who don't craft and they are fascinated by an entire convention room full of yarn :) Most of the yarns are either Lion Brand/Red Heart, so very affordable, or really high-end, so I find it helpful to purchase yarn with a particular project in mind, otherwise you will have wayyy too much surplus, lol.

I'd be up for going again this year; keep me posted!
