I've just disabled the "email this page to a friend" feature across the site, because I think it might be the root of some massive spam attacks that have raised the hackles of our web host (rightfully). I'll re-enable it if I can figure out how to make it more secure.

BTW, is this a feature you've used, or would use? Just curious.

I don't usually use such a feature, but I know a lot of people do.

I never use those features (except at cbc.ca)... I usually just include a link in my blog.

I've not used it - more likely to e-mail the perma-link when referencing a blog. Though I'm noticing that I don't see where that is on this blog, but I also haven't worked too hard to find it. :) Btw, unrelated... would love a blog discussion on the new Debbie Stoller crochet book...!
