I love working with my hands. Fiber and clay are two of the top five loves in my life, the other three being my husband and my two kiddies. In addition to crochet and knitting, this past summer (2008) I began learning how to spin. Putting my money where my mouth is, I'm a member of both the Crochet Guild of America (CGOA) and The Knitting Guild Association (TKGA). I’ve started a knit and crochet group at the Hagerstown Library. It is every Tuesday evening from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There I teach both knitting and crochet to anyone who wants to learn, and chat with the other group members. If you’re in the area, stop in some evening! I don’t stress very often and find most of my happiness in small things. I love all things beautiful, and often find beauty in the most unexpected places.
