Get Hooked cover imageIn that way that the workings of the publishing industry remain a mystery to me, my August-release book is now shipping (and also from amazon.com)! I can only imagine that means it's on book shelves across the land. Woo hoo!

Get Hooked is geared toward tweens and teens, but should appeal to crocheters of all ages. It features 15 patterns by ten designers whose work has appeared in Crochet me, plus full-colour photo tutorials of crochet basics. It's illustrated by Cynthia Frenette, and she totally made it a party in 96 pages. At less than a buck per pattern, how can you go wrong?

I was lucky enough to snag a copy of your book at TNNA and, even though I've been crocheting since the dinosaurs, I found the directions and ideas fresh, informative and very entertaining. wtg, Kim, I hope this book gives you all the success you deserve.

Hey! Would you have a link for Josi Hannon Madera? I have seen her name before and used to have her site bookmarked but lost it. I know she has a website. Can you please put the link up to it?

Thanks!
